In our view, consultancy is about getting to know your needs through listening to you. Leaders and managers such as EYFS coordinators, head teachers or Local Authority Early Years Leads sometimes need a professional discussion or advice about aspects of early years policy, practice or pedagogy. A professional discussion with us may lead you to consider things you hadn’t thought about previously – this is the challenge that comes with real support. This service may take no more than a couple of hours initially and any on-going support can be planned from there.
Tailor-made Support
You may want a variety of support at different times – sometimes it may be to bring about planned change to aspects of your organisation – whether that is to your school, your pre- school, your training provision or the early years section of your local authority. At other times it may be coaching and mentoring you to support you in your leadership role, or in aspects of your own performance – such as managing staff in areas which you are not so confident about. Or you may want support to build up your team or to develop continuous quality improvement in the EYFS, or you may want somebody to undertake a specific piece of work to meet your specification.
